Manitowoc recently released a customer-focused course catalog designed to help customers develop the product knowledge needed to be as productive as possible while utilizing their equipment. The onsite and online training courses are taught by professional and experienced instructors and will help customers understand, troubleshoot and safely operate their equipment.
Manitowoc Crane Care is an innovative leader in advanced crane industry training. Factory-certified instructors offer operating systems, components, maintenance and repair training on all of our products: Grove, GMK, Manitowoc, National Crane, and Potain. The courses are held either at the Shady Grove, PA or Manitowoc, WI facility depending on the course material. Both sites have state-of-the-art classrooms and high-tech simulator labs for the optimal training environment.

Easy Registration Process through Manitowoc Direct:
All information needed can be found through Manitowoc’s “Technical Learning Center,” which can be accessed through the customer’s Manitowoc Direct account. Once logged in to Manitowoc Direct, the link to the Technical Learning Center can be found by expanding “My Applications” and selecting “Technical Learning Center.” On the homepage will be a link to the “Customer Course Catalog,” along with any links to E-training courses and test-out exams. This catalog includes course descriptions, cost and availability, as well as links to register and pay via credit card.
