What's New at Shawmut Equipment

Cianbro Corporation just erected a new Manitowoc MLC650, 716 U.S. ton lattice boom crawler crane, with VPC-MAX attachment. The machine, equipped with 140 m (459.3 ft) of boom, is currently located on a barge in Charles City, VA assisting in the dismantling of two large transmission towers.  
The Potain Igo T130 played a key role in building the new 105 contemporary residential condominiums in South Boston, MA. The building, known as PORT45, will include 5 townhouses, a 109 space parking garage and 3,400 square feet of retail space located on the ground floor.

We would like to welcome Aaron Fish as the newest addition to Shawmut’s service department. Aaron will be our second mobile field technician based out of the state of Maine. Aaron will assist in servicing our loyal Manitowoc, Grove, National and Potain customers from northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, including Aroostook county.

Shawmut Equipment will provide preparation for NCCCO crane operator testing along with the written and practical exams at Shawmut’s South Easton, Massachusetts facility October 2-6, 2017. The cost of the four day program is $1,600 per participant.
