What's New at Shawmut Equipment

•    The new 40 US ton TMS500-2 was designed specifically for Grove customers who wanted a lightweight, versatile truck crane with taxi capabilities.

Shawmut Equipment will provide preparation for NCCCO crane operator testing along with the written and practical exams at Shawmut’s South Easton, Massachusetts facility September 17-21 2018. The cost of the four day program is $1,900 per participant.

Manitowoc's Crane Days 2018 event took place last week from June 3 to 7 at the company's factory in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania. Proving that The Revolution is Real, Manitowoc debuted five new crane models to more than 750 dealers and customers in attendance, along with highlighting improved manufacturing processes, new technologies and lean initiatives throughout its facilities.

The company debuted the crane at its Crane Days event in Shady Grove, Pennsylvania, showing how it’s the quickest crane to erect and decommission in its class, saving lifters valuable time on the job site.

Manitowoc is pleased to announce the release of a FREE smartphone app for iOS and Android devices to help crane operators and owners interpret the diagnostic codes generated by a crane’s operating system. Tim Scott recently passed the GMK All Terrain Crane Service Certification Test at the Shady Grove, PA facility. Tim passed the test with a perfect score. The certification test lasts two days, including both written and practical hands-on testing using cranes and simulators.
